HOW DOES THIS WORK?

STAGE ONE:

Fill out the form at the bottom of this page, and click submit.

I will receive the email and review the request. If I (Elden L Glover aka EldenDraws) decide to take on the request,

you will receive a confirmation email along with an invoice, if applicable, to the plan(s) you (the commissioner) have chosen.

After you receive the confirmation email please attach any picture(s) that you would like as reference material.

(reference material only means imaging/overall concept that you would like, not the stylization of the artwork that you would like me to draw in! )

Once I have received payment through the invoice, if required, then stage two will begin.

STAGE TWO:

I will then begin the sketch, and send out a water marked/ low resolution image for input.

During this stage please request any changes/ major revisions at this stage.

Any revisions requested after this stage will incur an additional fee.

If you would like to add additional characters and/or, weapons/ accessories then an addition fee will be added to your total.

Once an understanding is met and there are no further revisions needed I will then proceed to the next stage.

STAGE THREE:

After we come to an agreement as said in stage two, I will then begin the line art process and the base coloring (if you have requested for the piece to be colored).

After the line art and base coloring are done, another email/message will be sent out containing a watermarked/ low resolution image to confirm that everything thing is still on track with what we agreed upon in the previous stages.

Once everything is confirmed, that the piece is looking good, the next stage will commence.

STAGE FOUR:

I will finish up the piece and send out another email/message showcasing the final image watermarked and in a low resolution.

After confirming it is to your liking stage five will begin.

STAGE FIVE:

You (the commissioner) will receive the final invoice, before proceeding to the final stage.

STAGE SIX:

Once the final invoice has been paid, you will receive an email that will lead you to a google drive file with the high resolution piece and all of its glory.

Once you have confirmed that you received the drawing file(s) from the drive then the commission is done!

TERMS OF SERVICE

▪ Commissions are for personal use only. Please let me know if you intend you use the artwork for commercial use as that will incur a higher fee.

▪ You may request a refund if the commission has not started yet. Once you have received your first update, there will be no refunds. (Applies to commissions that are 50$ + that require half payment upfront after you receive a confirmation email from “eldendraws@gmail.com”. An invoice will be attached to said email, if you meet, are over , or close to that threshold.)

▪ Re-posting your commission is perfectly fine! Crediting is appreciated though!

▪ If you'd like your commission to be private, please let me know. I am otherwise allowed to post the artworks on my social media & portfolios. Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.

Pricing Plan

Please list which pricing plan you would like to select below. If you have a custom order that doesn't fit the pricing parameters please select the "Custom" check box, and once or if you receive a conformation email/response we can talk about pricing from there. PLEASE READ: Commissions that are "50$ +" require half payment upfront after you receive a confirmation email from “eldendraws@gmail.com”. An invoice will be attached to said email, if you meet, are over, or close to that threshold stated above. ADDITIONAL NOTE: If you perchance would like, for example, the line art from a finished full colored piece along with the full colored piece an additional charge will be added to you total. Due to the option of line art being it's own tier. But since it doesn't require me (the artist, Elden L Glover aka EldenDraws) to draw a new piece then it will be half the price of the line art plan, and will be added to your total. *THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO THE CUSTOM ORDER TIER.*

Custom ( Depending on the specifications of the piece, the price will adjust.)

Description
